These signed checks represent an extraordinary piece of music history, featuring the autographs of Freddie Mercury and members of Queen: Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon (on two of them). Officially authenticated and encapsulated in PSA/DNA slabs, they are a rare find for collectors. With Freddie Mercury’s signature being especially scarce due to his untimely passing in 1991, at the young age of just 45, items like these are highly sought after. The combination of their pristine condition, official verification, and direct connection to one of rock’s most iconic bands makes this set of three checks a truly exceptional collectible.

These official bank checks were signed and executed in 1979 and 1980, relatively early in Queen's illustrious career (the band was formed in 1970, and ultimately in '71 when Deacon came aboard; their first album debuted in 1973. Their signature song, Bohemian Rhapsody, was released in 1975). 

The condition of these checks is exceptional, with no flaws such as staples or tears. Most notably, each signature—including Freddie Mercury's—is Pristine and Unblemished, entirely free of the ink cancellations commonly seen on processed checks. This remarkable clarity is what immediately captured our attention and sets these checks apart from other collectibles. Interestingly, each check is payable in British pounds, and of course drawn on a bank in London.
