Future President Wm. H. Harrison (at the young age of 21) authorizes exchange of prisoners (spies) for rations as aide-de-camp to "Mad Anthony" Wayne in the Northwest Territory. The Americans under Mad Anthony defeated the Ohio Indians, including members of the Delaware tribe, and afterwards supplied them with rations / provisions set by terms of the Treaty of Greenville. Captain George Shrim was commander of the ranger detachment of Mad Anthony Wayne's Legion of the United States.
Provision return for three men of Capt. Shrims Co. of spies for four days commencing 14th & ending 17th January 1795.
