What better way to collect the most storied franchise in the history of Major League Baseball than with an original front office ring from their 27th Fall Classic triumph!
This 14K white gold ring, produced by Balfour, is one of the most impressive and generously diamond-studded baseball championship rings ever produced! A total of 119 diamonds are featured within the design, which is elegant and simple... a perfect representation of the Yankee brand! The face of the ring features the club's interlocking "NY" logo set in the middle of a baseball-diamond, with four larger diamonds representing the bases. That design is set upon a blue sapphire background with two rows of small diamonds lining the perimeter.
The left shank features a representation of the newly opened Yankee Stadium, above which is lettered "World Champions," and below, "2009" and "Unity." The right shank displays the name of the recipient, "Smith," the Yankees' famous top hat logo, and the word "Tradition".
The inner band is engraved Balfour 14K and features a celebratory engraving for the Inaugural Season of the new Yankee Stadium. The ring comes with its New York Yankee presentation box and was originally issued to team Vice President Dick Smith, who was a close friend of George Steinbrenner and president of the Columbus Clippers (Yankees Minor League affiliate) for over 30 years. This front office executive ring is the same exact ring that was issued to the players!

The ring was issued at size 10.5 and two small sizing beads were expertly added by Balfour to make it approximately 8.5. This can be adjusted by any reputable jeweler to your specific size.
