Vintage 1951 Brooklyn Dodgers Type 1 Original Photo, Jacobellis. PSA

Sports photographer William Jacobellis captured some of the most iconic sports figures of the 1950’s, including many featured on Topps baseball cards. A charter member of the National Press Photographers Association, Jacobellis focused much of his work on the New York area.

This official team photo comes from the 1951 National League Champion Brooklyn Dodgers. You won't find a better or clearer example of this legendary team, which included Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, Don Newcombe, Gil Hodges, and the rest of the Boys of Summer.  

Measuring 8” x 10” and featuring the iconic Ebbets Field background, this photo is absolutely stunning… crystal clear and outstanding condition. It bears the large Jacobellis stamp on the reverse, indicating its source in New York sports history.
