Before breaking Major League Baseball's color barrier in 1947, Jackie Robinson was a four sport athlete at UCLA. In fact, at that time he was better known for his talents on the gridiron than he was on the baseball diamond. Of course his Hall of Fame Major League career was historic, but what if he had stuck with football?

Offered here is an incredible 8x10 vintage photograph of Jackie Robinson tossing a football to himself in ememy territory, Yankee Stadium. The photo was taken in September 1970 while Jackie was dong press for a HBCU Charity football game being held at The House that Ruth Built. Presented in bold blue ink, Jackie inscribed his iconic signature with his "Best Wishes", and the autograph has been graded 7 by PSA/DNA.
